Job Description
- Manage and gradually take ownership of the daily operations of multiple live streaming rooms on TikTok and Shopee.
- Prepare live streaming schedules and coordinate with hosts and related teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor live performance, traffic, GMV, and other key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Support hosts during live sessions and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth broadcasts.
- Analyze post-live performance and provide suggestions to improve future live sessions.
- Conduct research on live commerce trends, fashion trends, and competitor strategies to support sales growth.
- Collaborate with Indonesian and overseas managers and cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business targets.
Requirements
- Minimum D4/S1 degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, live commerce, e-commerce, or digital content operations.
- Good command of spoken English and comfortable communicating with Chinese/overseas managers.
- Strong communication skills, high initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor live performance and identify operational issues.
- Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or live commerce operations is highly preferred.
- Willing to work in 2 rotating shifts:
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
10. Willing to work on rotating weekends and public holidays.
