The ideal candidate will serve as both a Real Estate Appraiser and Listing Agent, responsible for evaluating property values, conducting market research, and assisting clients in buying, selling, or investing in real estate. Key responsibilities include performing accurate property appraisals, preparing detailed reports, identifying potential investment opportunities, and managing property listings from start to finish. The role also involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, presenting properties effectively, and supporting real estate development projects. We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree and have between 1 and 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. Proficiency in real estate appraisal, bidding, investment planning, villa real estate, property planning, visual design, office real estate, and development is required. Candidates should be passionate about real estate, possess a professional demeanor, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
