Job description for LINE COOK at Outbreak Signature
Responsibilities:
- Doing mise en place daily basis
- Cooking base on SRC
- Maintain Hygiene aand cleanliness in Kitchen and all Equipments
- Control PAR level stock on Daily basis
Requirement:
- year working experience in similar roles. (Male or Female)Knowing HACCCP and FIFO method
- Have basic knowledge Cooking method such as stirr fried, deep fried, sautee, bain marie, roasting, baking, grill, etc
- Have knowledge common ingredients
- Have Knowledge in Kitchen Equipment operation
- Culinary School Graduated prefeably
