- Master’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Legal Supervisor or 5 years of experience in the Legal field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in legal drafting, contract review, legal opinion, and corporate legal documentation.
- Experience in handling legal cases, regulatory issues, contract negotiation, and coordination with external legal counsel/regulators.
- Experience in Industrial Relations (IR), including handling employee relations and employment-related legal matters.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, conflict management, and stakeholder management skills.
