Job description for Legal Supervisor at PT CTXG Indonesia Berkarya
As a Legal Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day legal operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide support on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and contractual matters. You’ll supervise junior legal staff, review legal documents, and collaborate with internal departments to minimize legal risks and maintain operational integrity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong legal knowledge and leadership capabilities, especially in fast-evolving industries like e-wallet, crypto, fintech, or digital finance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of legal staff, ensuring the quality and timeliness of legal reviews and deliverables.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, partnership agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Advise internal stakeholders (e.g. product, compliance, operations, business development) on legal and regulatory matters.
- Monitor developments in local and international laws, particularly related to finance, digital assets, data privacy, and consumer protection.
- Assist in managing corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, licenses, and regulatory filings.
- Work closely with external counsel when necessary, ensuring efficient case handling and cost control.
- Support internal investigations and dispute resolution processes.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and reduce legal risks.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on relevant legal and regulatory topics.
- Prepare regular legal reports and risk assessments for management.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., Advocate license, PERADI) is a strong advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in legal practice, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Experience in corporate, commercial, fintech, or technology law; e-wallet; crypto/blockchain knowledge is a plus.
- Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks and international legal standards.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
