Job description for Legal Supervisor (Coal Mining) at PT. Anzawara Satria
1. Must posses at least Bachelor Degree majoring Law
2. Min 3 years as a Legal Supervisor
3. Have a working experience in mining industry is a must
4. Experience in handling RUPS, preparing IPO, RKAB, OSS
5. Experience in create legal opinion, agreement review, preparing for merger or acquisition
6. Have a good knowledge in various industry regulations especially in mining
7. Have a good communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, critical thinking and multitasking skills
8. Strong in leadership skill
9. Excellent in Ms. Office skill
10. Fluent in english both spoken and written
11. Willing to travel if needed.
