Job Descriptions
- Maintain the corporate legal permits and legal reports to government institutions
- Draft/review/revise agreements with tenants and vendor(s)
- Conducting legal research on various issues on the project/daily operations
- Assisting for any corporate actions/financing/refinancing related to the company’s assets
- Attending field survey if it is needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in law
- Extensive knowledge on corporate law
- Understand practicalities on land law.
- Able to revise/review agreements in practical sense.
- Able to make decision on special occasions.
