Qualifications
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, agreements, contracts, and business correspondence.
- Review agreements with vendors, distributors, suppliers, business partners, and other third parties.
- Ensure company business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle and monitor corporate legal documents, licenses, permits, and legal records.
- Assist in reviewing marketing, promotional, advertising, and product claims to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain an organized database and documentation of contracts, licenses, permits, and other legal documents.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate preventive actions.
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Jobdesc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, min 1–3 years of experience as Legal Staff, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or related industry.
- Familiarity with BPOM regulations, cosmetics regulations, business licensing, contracts, and corporate legal matters is preferred.
- Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations.
- Strong contract drafting and reviewing skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments.
