What You Will Need:
• Bachelor's degree in law
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Civil law and contract drafting
• Familiar legal process in project management
• Familiarity with OSS and LKPM systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to business trips as required by the company.
• Have integrity, working in detailed and problem-solving skills
• Understands the basic principles of information security, risk management, and the ISO 27001:2022 framework
What You Will Do:
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts and legal agreements with clients/customers, including service agreements related to the company’s products and IT services.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Project, Finance, and Management) to gather necessary information before preparing contracts with customers.
• Ensure all agreements with customers align with company policies, protect the company’s interests, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry and the company. Conduct legal research to provide accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
• Handle legal issues that arise, including correspondence with external parties, mediation, and coordination with external legal counsel when required.
• Manage OSS processes and submit LKPM reports.
• Handle General Affairs administrative matters, including office facilities, asset management.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers related to office operations and facilities.
• Develop and maintain ISMS documentation: information security policies, Statement of Applicability (SoA), risk register, procedures, and related forms.
