About the role
We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive to join our team at Resinda Group in Karawang, West Java. As a full-time Legal Executive, you will be responsible for providing legal support and advice on a range of property-related matters, ensuring our business operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
What you'll be doing
- Reviewing and drafting legal contracts, agreements and other documents related to property transactions and developments
- Conducting legal research and providing advice on property law and regulations to relevant business units
- Monitoring changes in property law and regulations, and updating the business on any implications
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of legal documents and filings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
- Providing support during property-related disputes and litigation processes
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a property law or real estate-focused environment
- Strong understanding of property law, regulations and best practices
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Proficient in contract drafting, review and negotiation
- Ability to communicate complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
