Job description for Legal Specialist (Land & Property – Bali Based) at Bali Solve
REQUIREMENT:
- S1 with Law major (max 30 years old)
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a legal advisory role or notary / PPAT office
- Strong knowledge of property licensing systems, legal land zoning verification in accordance with Indonesian regulations, cultural law, and land due diligence is required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong skills in other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to prepare the necessary data for clients, such as analyzing contracts and conducting discussions
- Good negotiation skills and team member engagement skills
- Good knowledge of setting-up a company (PT & PT PMA) and OSS is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Good and positive attitude, team player, fast learner, full of initiave, and have willingness to be developed
- Warm, friendly, and open personality
