Job description for Legal Operations Officer at FHD Synergy - Insurance Consulting and Brokerage
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university, preferably with GPA 3.0
or above.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal operations, paralegal work, financing documentation
or banking legal administration.
Sharia Knowledge: Good understanding of Islamic banking principles and Sharia financing contracts (akad),
particularly Murabahah, Musyarakah, Mudharabah and Ijarah.
Banking Experience: Prior experience in Sharia banking, conventional banking, multifinance or other financial
institutions is preferred.
Direct experience handling financing documentation is a strong advantage.
Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of Indonesian contract law, banking regulations, OJK requirements and
DSN-MUI fatwas applicable to Sharia financing.
Language: Fluent Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken. English proficiency is an advantage.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
