Job description for Legal Officer at Indo-Ned Consultancy
Responsibilities
- Analyze and handling the client's needs, Identify potential challenges and Offer suitable solutions.
- Manage, Monitor, and Oversee legal compliance related to Foreign Investment Company (PMA) establishment, business licensing, land/property transactions, and other regulatory permits.
- Provide legal support documents such as, Power of Attorney (POA), Assisting and Representing Client at Notary (Drafting and Review contract), Property Site Visit, Company Amendment and Shareholder General Meeting (RUPS), Legal Due Diligence (LDD), Company Obligations reporting, Acquisition, and Dissolution.
- Prepare and submit documents for stay permit applications, both online and paper-based (VISA, ITK, KITAS, Extension, and ERP/EPO).
- Liaise and coordinate with local vendors and government agencies to ensure a clear understanding of the company’s needs and business objectives.
- Skilled in drafting, analyzing, reviewing and negotiating a corporate and commercial contracts/agreements.
- Ensure that licenses are processed in a timely manner and issued promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, in Corporate or Business Law.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- A strong sense of openness, dedication, and ability to make wise decisions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent self-presentation and effective communication abilities.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the legal field
- Demonstrated expertise in handling PMA establishments and managing medium to high-risk legal matters.
- Basic knowledge of company incorporation processes, corporate changes, and investment permit management (PMA).
- Must currently reside in Bali area for at least 6 months.
