Our client, a multinational automotive finance company, is currently looking for a Legal professional to support its growing business in Indonesia.This role will provide exposure to day-to-day business legal matters, commercial amp; financing agreements, regulatory requirements, and legal advisory across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain commercial and financing agreements.
- Provide day-to-day legal support and advice to business and operational teams.
- Review legal aspects of business initiatives, products, and operational activities.
- Monitor regulatory developments and support compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and review corporate legal documents and coordinate with external parties.
- Identify potential legal risks and provide practical recommendations to mitigate them.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Legal, preferably within multifinance, financial services, banking, fintech, or automotive.
- Strong experience in commercial contracts, business legal, and/or regulatory matters.
- Exposure to financing or consumer finance agreements is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- PERADI certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
