Job Description :

1. Review Perjanjian Internal dan Eksternal

2. Membuat Laporan LPKM Setiap Triwulan

3. Membuat Perjanjian Kerjasama, Surat Kuasa, Surat Kesepakatan Bersama, PPJB

4. Membuat atau Memperpanjang Perijinan Perusahaan

5. Mampu Melakukan Tidakan dan Hak Hukum Bagi Perusahaan dan Membuat Legal Opinion
