Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support Legal Due Diligence (LDD) activities for strategic business initiatives and transactions.
* Handle end-to-end legal transaction processes, including preparation, review, negotiation, and execution of legal documentation.
* Support M&A transactions and provide legal analysis to facilitate business decision-making.
* Manage corporate legal documentation and ensure completeness of transaction records.
* Handle licensing and regulatory compliance matters in accordance with applicable regulations.
* Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, particularly Business Development teams, to support business expansion and strategic projects.
* Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Legal Officer, with strong exposure to Legal Due Diligence (LDD), legal documentation, and licensing matters.
* Candidates with around 5 years of M&A transaction experience will be highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of transaction execution and legal aspects of corporate/business deals.
* Agile, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving business environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with dynamic business teams.
* Preferably from established/conglomerate companies and exposure to one of the following sectors: Natural Resources, Green Industry, Technology, or Strategic Industry.
* Preferred age range: below 40 years old.
