Job Role:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Legal Officer to join our dynamic team at Terrasentra Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to the management team, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Legal Officer will play a key role in managing legal risks, drafting and reviewing contracts, and handling various legal matters that arise in the operation of the mall.
Job Description:
- Provide legal advice and support to the mall management team.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Manage legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Willing to be placed at Terrasentra, Soreang.
