We are searching for a skilled and experienced Legal Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal guidance and support on a wide range of real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal due diligence on real estate transaction
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Manage the closing process for real estate transactions
- Advise clients on real estate law and compliance issues
- Stay up-to-date on current real estate law trends
- Manage SLF, OSS and PBG
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, PBG, SLF & OSS,RUPS
- Strong understanding of real estate law and principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to join ASAP
- Based in Bali
