Job description for Legal Manager at Pt Temas. Tbk
- Prepare and evaluate contractual agreement between corporate and third parties
- Provide legal opinion and solve conflicts to secure corporate interest
- Monitor the management of legal documents
- Can develop solutions to conflict resolution with minimum disruption to company's operational activities
- Manage Legal documentation and schedule of company’s licenses
- Involve in development projects that require legal expertise
- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong negotiation, drafting and contract management with excellent problem solving abilities,
- Good litigation & arbitration experience and experienced in dealing with regulators and police departments.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and has good presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge in Company Law, OJK Regulations, Maritime & Labor Law.
