- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Legal, Corporate, or Real Estate.
- Experience working with PT PMA and a good understanding of corporate matters.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian immigration matters, including Visa, KITAS, RPTKA, and work permits.
- Strong understanding of contracts, legal documents, and corporate compliance.
- Experience in real estate/property matters is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a strong ability to lead and coordinate a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities.
- Able to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
