Requirements :
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Law (S2 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive legal experience, with a strong track record inside a publicly listed company (PT Tbk) or leading corporate law firm handling capital markets.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian Company Law (UU PT), Capital Market regulations (UU P2SK), OJK/IDX listing rules, POJK 17, and POJK 42.
- Proven experience in executing GMS (RUPS), public corporate actions, and complex commercial contract negotiations.
- Strong background in handling industrial relations disputes (PHI), contract governance, and litigation management.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory, including strong spoken and written communication skills and the ability to draft legal and regulatory documents in both languages.
- Sharp commercial acumen, executive presentation skills, high integrity, and readiness to work on-site.
