IU Consulting Bali is a legal and business consulting firm specializing in foreign investment, company establishment, licensing, tax compliance, and corporate regulatory matters in Indonesia. We assist both international and local clients by providing reliable legal solutions with a strong focus on compliance, business structure, and long-term growth.

We are currently looking for a Legal Staff to join our growing team in Bali. This role is suitable for professionals with solid knowledge of corporate law and Indonesian business regulations, who are ready to handle complex client matters in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents, including agreements, corporate deeds, company regulations, and compliance reports.
• Manage and oversee end-to-end company establishment processes (including PT PMA and PT Lokal).
• Handle licensing, registration, and reporting through OSS RBA and other governmental platforms.
• Conduct legal research and provide updates on regulatory changes relevant to clients (investment, licensing, corporate governance).
• Coordinate with notaries, government agencies, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of legal processes.
• Ensure all legal documents, corporate files, and compliance records are properly maintained and updated.
• Assist in preparing legal opinions, compliance memos, and client advisories when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in corporate law, foreign investment (PMA), licensing, or legal consulting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong understanding of Indonesian company law, PT PMA establishment, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in OSS RBA system and related licensing procedures is a significant advantage.
• Excellent skills in drafting agreements, legal documents, and formal correspondence.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal & written).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple matters with minimal supervision.
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently when needed.
