Job description for Legal Lead at PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia

We are looking for an experienced Legal Specialist to serve as the company's sole in-house legal counsel, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for managing all legal matters independently, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, legal compliance, regulatory affairs, legal risk management, and providing strategic legal support to the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.)
- 5–10 years of experience in corporate or commercial legal practice, preferably in manufacturing, renewable energy or multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as a solo contributor while partnering effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- High integrity, sound judgment, and strong business acumen.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
