Felano, Huwae & Partners is looking for a Legal Intern to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Fresh Graduate (Bachelor of Law)
- Strong interest in corporate and business law
- Understanding business permits
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva)
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
Job Descriptions:
- Support preparation and administration of contracts and legal documentation
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, summaries, or memos
- Help ensure company documents comply with applicable regulations
- Support coordination with internal teams related to legal matters
- Maintain and organize legal documents and records
