Job Description:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts and legal documents.
- Provide support in corporate legal and compliance matters.
- Conduct research on regulations, corporate law, and related topics.
- Support general affair duties, including administrative and coordination tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Final-year undergraduate student (preferably Business Law)
- No remaining offline classes) or fresh graduate.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of the basics of contract and corporate law.
