Job Description — Legal Intern PT Staff Link Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on criminal law issues, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters
- Review and summarize relevant legislation, court decisions, and jurisprudence
- Prepare legal memoranda, legal summaries, and analytical materials to support the legal team
- Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Prepare case chronologies and fact matrices as a basis for analysis
- Manage, index, and organize case documents and archives
- Assist with document review and completeness checks of case files
- Take minutes of internal meetings and discussions
- Monitor regulatory developments and relevant criminal law issues
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team
Requirements
- Fresh graduate of Bachelor of Law (S1 Hukum), preferably majoring in Criminal Law
- Good understanding of criminal law and criminal procedure
- Excellent English (written & verbal) – is a must
- Strong legal research and legal writing skills, with the ability to work with unfamiliar jurisdictions
- Familiar with legal research databases and online legal reference sources
- Currently living in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a team
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain strict client confidentiality
- Previous internship or exposure to criminal law is a plus
