Job description for Legal Intern at PT. Legal Tekno Digital (Kontrak Hukum)
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Research & Regulatory Monitoring: Research digital regulations, e-commerce, fintech, data privacy, and corporate law, monitor regulatory changes in Indonesia and prepare internal legal briefs.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organized contract files.
- Administration: Manage legal document databases, prepare weekly/monthly activity reports, and support the Legal team's administrative needs.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Fresh Graduate Bachelor in Law or a related field (Final Year Student Are Welcome To Apply).
- Experience Level: 0-1 years (No prior experience required).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong research and writing skills.
- Have strong Interest to Dynamics Indonesia Regulations.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and ability to work in team.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Jabodetabek residents preferred
