Kualifikasi:

- Mahasiswa aktif jurusan Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, atau jurusan relevan lainnya.

- Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.

- Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office atau Google Workspace.

- Mampu menjaga kerahasiaan dokumen dan informasi perusahaan.

- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan HR Officer - Learning & Development

- Membantu menyiapkan dan mengelola dokumen produk, seperti Certificate of Origin (COO), Certificate of Conformity (COC), dan dokumen warranty.

- Membantu merapikan administrasi dan filing dokumen legal perusahaan.

- Melakukan scanning, digitalisasi, penamaan, dan pengarsipan dokumen secara sistematis.

- Memastikan dokumen tersimpan dengan lengkap dan mudah ditelusuri.

- Membantu kebutuhan administrasi dan dokumentasi HR apabila diperlukan.

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk melengkapi data dan dokumen pendukung.
