Job Responsibilities:
- To administer and distribute company’s legal documents (internal and external)
- Drafting and review Corporate & Foundation Agreement
- Understand Law and Regulations which related to Company Law, Foundation Law, and Contract
- Manage company's legal administration (OSS-RBA, Company's permit, LKPM report)
- Give a legal opinion and due diligence for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Law from reputable University
- Minimum experience, 3 Years
- Literate in English (both written and spoken)
- Understand and able to draft bilingual Contract
- Understand and able to prepare the company's legal administration and Foundation (Yayasan) documents
- Able to work in a team or independently
- Good communication skill and problem-solving
- Work Location is in Tangerang (Cipondoh)
