Job description for Legal dan Compliance Staff at PT TRI BAGUS MAKMUR

- S1 Hukum

- Laki/Perempuan

- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun

- Memahami aspek legal secara umum seperti legal corporate dan lainnya

- Memahami dan mengelola perizinan dan legalitas perusahaan

- Melakukan pelaporan dan pemantauan terhadap sistem OSS seperti LKPM, SIINAS dan perizinan lainnya

- Memahami regulasi untuk memastikan kepatuhan operasional perusahaan sesuai dengan perundang-undangan

- Melakukan drafting dan review terhadap perjanjian kerja sama dan/atau perjanjian lainnya

- Melakukan pembuatan persetujuan komisaris, RUPS dan lainnya

- Pengelolaan Administratif Team Legal

- Berkoordinasi dengan lawyer, notaris, dan instansi pemerintah lainnya
