External Legal Consultant (Retainer)
Position. : Legal Consultant (Real Estate & Corporate)

Objective
To establish a secure foundational legal structure for Indovestor’s operations and provide ongoing legal support across real estate transactions, corporate partnerships, land leasing, and human resources.
Core Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Client & Investment Structuring (Highest Priority)
- Legal Framework: Design and establish the correct, fully compliant legal structure for property investments (specifically for Indovestor selling villas to clients).
- Contract Drafting: Draft, review, and finalize ironclad Client-to-Investment contracts to protect company interests and ensure regulatory compliance.
2. Corporate & Real Estate Contracts
- Agency Agreements: Create and standardize sales contracts for our real estate agency operations (e.g., agreements for selling properties on behalf of third-party owners).
- B2B Contracts: Draft and negotiate corporate cooperation agreements, vendor contracts, and other business partnerships.
3. Land & Property Leasing
- Lease Agreements: Draft, review, and structure comprehensive lease contracts with landowners and property stakeholders to ensure secure, long-term land acquisition.
4. HR & Employment Compliance
- Employment Contracts: Draft and standardize legal employment agreements for staff in strict compliance with current local labor laws and regulations.
