Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.)
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, or Contract Management.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and corporate governance.
4. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial agreements and legal documents.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal writing skills.
6. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
7. Able to identify legal risks and provide practical business-oriented solutions.
8. High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
9. Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word.
11. Good English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, revise, and standardize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents across the Group.
2. Review client-requested contract amendments and provide legal recommendations to minimize legal risks.
3. Serve as the primary legal support for contract-related matters and coordinate with Business/Customer Management regarding commercial terms.
4. Provide legal advice and support on corporate and contractual matters to internal departments.
5. Monitor legal compliance and identify potential legal risks affecting the Group.
6. Develop, maintain, and improve legal templates, SOPs, internal policies, and approval workflows.
7. Support legal dispute resolution and other legal matters as assigned by management.
