Job description for Legal Compliance Officer at Kosong Satu Group
Legal Legends Indonesia is looking for a sharp, proactive, and knowledgeable Legal Compliance Officer to join our team in Bali!
Key Responsibilities:
- Company Establishment: Lead and oversee end-to-end corporate setup processes (PT PMA, PT PMDN, legal deeds, and corporate restructuring) in compliance with Indonesian law.
- Licensing & OSS RBA Management: Navigate and manage the OSS RBA (Risk-Based Approach) system to process NIB, PB-UMKU, and sector-specific operational business licenses.
- Expatriate Compliance (RPTKA): Handle foreign manpower utilization plans (RPTKA), foreign worker notifications, and coordinate closely with immigration/manpower authorities.
- Regulatory Advisory: Monitor changes in Indonesian corporate law and government regulations to provide accurate, up-to-date legal counsel to internal teams and clients.
- Government Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with government bodies (BKPM/Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Ministry of Manpower, local authorities).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in corporate legal compliance, legal consulting, or corporate secretary roles.
- Expert hands-on experience with the OSS RBA portal and BKPM licensing procedures.
- Strong technical knowledge of RPTKA processing and Indonesian immigration/manpower legal frameworks.
- Excellent command of both Written and Spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia (essential for handling foreign clients).
- High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset.
