Job description for Legal Compliance Officer at Chindo Business Center
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial or Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and corporate governance.
- Familiar with company establishment, corporate amendments, annual GMS (RUPS), corporate secretarial matters, OSS, and Investment Reports (LKPM).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and document management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word.
- Good English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage company establishment, amendments, annual shareholders' meeting (RUPS), and other corporate secretarial matters for the Group.
- Coordinate with notaries, government authorities, and external legal counsel when required.
- Maintain centralized legal records, contract repositories, corporate documents, and legal archives.
- Ensure consistency of contractual terms, legal clauses, document numbering, templates, and formatting.
- Manage company seals, authorized signatures, and contract execution procedures.
- Monitor legal compliance.
- Support other legal matters as assigned by management.
