Qualifications :
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Min. 2 years of experience in corporate legal roles.
- Have good knowledge and familiar with corporate law, labor law, and business licensing regulations
- Having good skills on communication and teamwork
- Attention to Detail in drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- High integrity, high sense of commitment and great self-management skill
Job Description:
- Provide legal advisory services related to business operations, including contracts, corporate policies, and internal procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that legal documentation supports business needs and complies with management approval.
- Support corporate actions such as company establishment, closure, and other legal registrations by coordinating with notaries and relevant authorities.
- Maintain strong working relationships with external legal parties such as notaries, government institutions, and legal representatives from business partners.
- Support internal development projects and participate in company-wide initiatives requiring legal input.
- Give help or advice on legal & compliance matters to internal client, including provide persuasive advocacy towards internal / external stakeholders
- Review the relevant legal documents and support to conduct the due diligence on the potential and existing business partner
- Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders on all aspects of contract lifecycle and responsible for ownership of company document organization and management
