Job description for LEGAL ASSISTANT MANAGER at PT Pan Brothers Tbk & Group
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable university, a master degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial level, preferably in garment industry and in multinational company.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
- Excellent understanding of corporate law and regulatory law.
- Excellent communication skill.
- A PERADI license will be a plus.
Job Description:
- Responsible for Company's Legal Identities, and any other company's legal identity documentation, maintain & update a variety of legal files and records.
- Provide legal assistance with regards to Contract Management, from drafting, negotiating to performance.
- Provide corporate legal advise.
- Support management level in negotiation, execution and closing of all project documents.
