Kualifikasi

Pendikan min. S1 Hukum.
Memahami hukum kontrak, ketenagakerjaan, dan perizinan.
Mampu melakukan review dan penyusunan dokumen legal.
Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, dan negosiasi yang baik.
Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan dokumen.
Pengalaman di bidang legal/hospitality menjadi nilai tambah.
Penempatan Surabaya

Tanggung Jawab

Menyusun dan melakukan review kontrak/perjanjian dengan vendor, partner, maupun pihak lainnya.
Mengelola dokumen dan administrasi legal perusahaan.
Memantau dan memastikan kepatuhan hotel terhadap peraturan yang berlaku.
Membantu pengurusan dan monitoring perizinan serta dokumen perusahaan.
Memberikan support dan konsultasi legal kepada departemen terkait.
Membantu menangani permasalahan hukum dan koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal bila diperlukan.
