Job description for Legal & Data Privacy Intern at PT Meta Visio Indonesia

Persyaratan:

Mahasiswa semester akhir atau Fresh Graduate S1 Hukum
Memiliki ketertarikan pada Legal, Data Privacy & Compliance
Memiliki kemampuan legal research dan analisis yang baik
Teliti, detail-oriented, dan memiliki kemauan belajar
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
Bersedia mengikuti program magang selama 6 bulan secara WFO (Work From Office) di Depok, Jawa Barat

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Melakukan legal research terkait UU PDP dan regulasi lain yang relevan dengan kegiatan perusahaan.
Membantu melakukan review dan drafting agreement dengan client/partner agar sesuai dengan prinsip dan ketentuan UU PDP.
Membantu menyusun dan memperbarui dokumen legal seperti NDA, Data Processing Agreement, Consent Letter, Privacy Notice, dan dokumen terkait lainnya.
Membantu melakukan legal & compliance review terhadap proses bisnis dan layanan perusahaan.
Melakukan monitoring terhadap perkembangan regulasi yang relevan dan membantu menyusun rekomendasi implementasinya.
Membantu pengelolaan dan dokumentasi legal documents, agreements, dan compliance records.
Membantu pekerjaan administratif/legal lainnya sesuai kebutuhan dan arahan Direktur.
