PT. Lima Pilar Resources membutuhkan karyawan untuk posisi Legal and Corparate Secretary.
Job Desc :
- Draft, review & negotiate commercial contracts (NDA, Service agreements, lease, JV/SH agreements, procurement etc)
- Handle corporate matters : AGMS, Corporate secretary, coordinate with regulatory affairs, notary. etc
- Monitor regulatory compliance and provide legal advisory to business unit
- Assist legal due diligence for investment, acqusition, partnership & cooperation
- Assist on manage disputes, mediation and coordinate with external counsel
- Maintan contract management (validity, expiracy) and make legal docs system
- Support cross functional teams (finance, HR. Procurement, Commercial)
