Job description for Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer at PT DELTA SUKSES TEKNOLOGI
Job Summary :
1. Responsible to supporting the legal departement in providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations that affect the organization
2. Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance and minimize risks
3. Provide administrative support to the legal team, including organizing files, maintaining legal database, and scheduling meetings
4. Prepare reports and summaries of legal matters and compliance issues for management review, highlighting key findings and recommendations
5. Work closely with various departements to provide legal support and ensure legal considerations are integrated into business operations
6. Administrative support for Corporate Affairs related matters.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law
2. Min 1-2 years of experience in legal preferably within the FMCG, retail
3. Excellent understanding of local and international legal frameworks relevant to FMCG operations
4. Profiency in legal research and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and legal developments
5. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
6. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skils
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
