Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, regulatory assessments, and business analysis across Indonesia and other jurisdictions to support business operations and compliance.
• Review, draft, and negotiate B2B agreements, NDAs, commercial contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Manage corporate secretarial matters, including corporate documentation, shareholder resolutions, amendments, and statutory records.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across business activities and cross-border operations.
• Support legal and compliance requirements for digital asset services, payment solutions, and onboarding with local and international financial service providers.
• Assist with KYC/AML compliance, regulatory due diligence, and internal compliance procedures.
• Draft and maintain legal documents for digital platforms, including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, and other relevant policies.
• Provide legal advice to internal teams, coordinate with external counsel and regulatory stakeholders, and prepare legal memoranda and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum); a professional legal qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, or corporate legal affairs.
• Familiarity with Indonesian corporate law, business licensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in fintech, digital assets, payments, or financial services is highly preferred.
• Understanding of KYC/AML requirements and cross-border regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong contract drafting, legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
