Job description for Legal & Compliance at PT Solitaire
Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Law Degree (S1) is preferred, but not mandatory
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in a private legal sector or a similar position in a tech company
3. Good command in English, written and spoken.
4. Can-do attitude, positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
5. Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
6. Ability to establish effective communication within the team and with the business units.
7. Proactive, flexible, and detailed-oriented.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct legal due diligence for each potential partners
2. Prepare & review legal documents where needed (main agreement & subagreement)
3. Assist compliance related aspects for onboarding new clients, maintaining existing clients, & termination process of clients
4. Assist legal & compliance related aspects (prepare documents, review documents, etc) for submissions to regulators
5. Provide legal opinion on topics related to business financing activities/ compliance topic
6. Assist function leaders for new initiatives to run & grow the business
