Legal & Compliance (Paid Internship)

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam pengurusan perizinan pendidikan,akreditasi sekolah, koordinasi dengan dinas terkait, pengelolaan dokumen legal, serta negosiasi dengan pihak eksternal.

Kualifikasi:

1. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau lulusan S1 Hukum; fresh graduate diutamakan.

2. Menguasai penyusunan dokumen hukum (legal drafting)

3. Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.

4. Memiliki ketertarikan pada dunia pendidikan.

5. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik, kemampuan bahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah.

6. Mampu mengemudikan mobil dan memiliki SIM A yang masih berlaku.

Deskripsi tugas:

1. Mengurus perizinan di bidang pendidikan (Akreditasi Sekolah, Legalitas Sekolah)

2. Menghadiri rapat dengan dinas atau instansi terkait.

3. Menyiapkan dan mengelola dokumen administrasi pendidikan.

4. Melakukan negosiasi dan koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal.

5. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
