Job Description :

- Legal Support - Membuat surat Wan prestasi/ Terminasi, membantu membuat dokumen dan melakukan review atas kontrak yang akan ditandatangani.

- Legal Litigasi - menangani dan mewakili perusahaan dalam menuntuk dan mempertahankan hanya di hadapan Apparat Penegek hukumEksekusi, mengajukan eksekusi/ lelang atas jaminan tanah dan bangunan ke Kantor Lelang Negara.

Kualifikasi :

- S1 Sarjana Hukum

- Memiliki kartu PERADI

- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Legal & Collection Supervisor di Perusahaan Pembiayaan selama 2 Tahun

- Memahami Regulasi Pemerintah

- Memiliki SIM A

- Mengerti dan memahami Hukum terutama hukum perikatan
