Job description for Legal Advisor at PT Dias Naga Alpha
PT Dias Naga Alpha is looking for an individual with the following skills and knowledge to support us with legal strategy, compliance, and advisory matters. Matters just as much, we would like your personal skills and current life experiences to help us continue to grow.
As a Legal Advisor, you will help map Indonesian regulations to our IT operations and administrative processes. You will support leadership in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring customer compliance. Your skills will be strengthened daily, with ongoing training to develop your expertise.
It is also essential for our company's Legal Advisor to learn our products and services while maintaining confidentiality and diligence. Strong communication in English and Indonesian is required. This role suits apprentices to journeyman-level candidates; we provide training, and you are expected to drive your own growth. Independent thinking is essential, and compensation reflects your performance.
What You'll Do:
- Provide daily legal support on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters for PT Dias Naga Alpha
- Maintain, organize, and safeguard company legal documentation and records
- Draft, review, and assess agreements (commercial contracts, IP, disputes) for compliance, risk mitigation, and business objectives
- Manage end-to-end company and project licensing, including documentation, submissions, and regulatory follow-ups
- Serve as the primary liaison with external parties (notaries, consultants) and internal divisions for legal proceedings, investigations, and disputes
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on technology and complex legal issues
- Collaborate across departments to clarify policies and resolve legal issues in commercial and product contexts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law: At least 1 year of experience in a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in operating OSS (Online Single Submission) systems, SIINas, WLKP, AMDAL would be an advantage
- Possess strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, business licensing, and cybersecurity law
- Plus point if you have PKPA certification
- Proficient communication skills in English and Indonesian: written and oral, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills (Applicants are required to submit their resume/CV in English)
