• Provide administrative and documentation support to the Legal Team.
• Prepare, organise, maintain, and archive legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Assist with contract processing, document circulation, and signing coordination.
• Maintain trackers for agreements, permits, licences, renewals, and legal deadlines.
• Follow up on pending documents and legal matters with relevant departments and external parties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal filing systems and databases.
