Currently, TheFoodhall (PT. Swalayan Sukses Abadi), part of MAP Group, is looking for a Legal Admin Intern.

Requirements:

• Active undergraduate students with no class to attend (majoring in Law or related field); fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative skills and able to maintain confidentiality

• Available to work full-time from the office and commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing, scanning, and filing legal documents

• Maintain and update physical and digital document records

• Support Legal team with data entry and administrative tasks

• Ensure all documents are properly stored and easy to retrieve when needed
