Qualification :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years in Marketing and leasing management within the shopping mall industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic leasing plans.
• Strong analytical skills for market and business analysis.
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, assess competition, and understand consumer behavior to inform leasing decisions.
• Identify, approach, and secure potential tenants that align with the mall's brand and target demographics
• Lead lease negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable and comply with legal standards. Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategies that enhance tenant performance and customer experience.
• Regularly review and analyze leasing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial and operational goals.
