Job description for Learning Support/Shadow Teacher at MS School Jakarta
We Are Hiring: Shadow Teacher
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in English: Must be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English,
2. Experience: Previous experience as a teacher or shadow teacher is, or experience with special needs kids is preffered, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and open to training,
3. Student Observation Skills: Ability to assess and observe the needs of students and adapt support strategies accordingly,
4. Collaboration: Capable of working collaboratively with classroom teachers, school teams, and parents to support the child's development,
5. Personal Qualities: Friendly, patient, and empathetic with a positive attitude,
6. Initiative and Responsibility: Demonstrates a high level of initiative, responsibility, and the ability to make decisions when necessary.
Candidates with Nursery Pediatric background are welcome.
