What are we looking for?
- 1 - 3 years working experience in Instructional/Learning Design/Program Design
- Have a working experience in Instructional/Learning Design in Training Consultant Company is a plus
- Have a good knowledge in developing an experiential learning program
- Highly creative and understands how to develop training program
- Eager to work in a rapidly changing, dynamic start-up environment
Job Descriptions
- Creating engaging learning activities and course content for online and offline training journeys
- Identifying the target audience’s training needs
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs
- Do the program presentation training towards the clients
- Assisting in project training crew's recruitment (Subject Matter Expert in a specific)
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
